Returns/Cancellation Policy
All items that we sell are sold subject to the purchaser accepting our Term and Conditions of Sale that are printed on the reverse side of our Invoices/Quotations and shown on our Website.
We try to ensure that the products are the same as our original samples, although sometimes differences do occur. Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary.
Cancellations
All items that are purchased from us are sold on the basis that they are specifically bought to order, and no order can be cancelled or accepted for credit without the prior written agreement of s3 Systems.
Cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of making a purchase to sales@s3systems.co.uk. If your purchase has already been dispatched you will still be liable to pay the full purchase cost of the items you have ordered and no refund shall be given. If your order has not been manufactured / dispatched the company may at its discretion give a full 100% refund or charge a cancellation fee depending upon the status of your purchase.
Refunds will be paid within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and any other UK Bank Holiday) of the date of receipt of the written cancellation.
Returns

All efforts will be made to deliver your purchase in good condition and in working order. Please let us know within 24 hours either in writing to our customer services team at sales@s3systems.co.uk or by telephoning us at 01792 851744 during normal working hours (Mondays to Fridays 9am to 5pm) if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. s3 Systems will not be liable for any damaged goods that is not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please inspect your items immediately that they are delivered. If, in any way, your purchase arrives damaged or fails to operate as the manufacturer intended, please call our customer services team immediately.
Nothing in this Cancellation/Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
