Deliveries Policy
All orders are subject to availability. No items are held in stock and have to be ordered direct from the manufacturers.
Generally, s3 Systems will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch goods ordered within 14-21 days and before 5pm Monday to Friday of the date your order, with the exception that items that are specifically manufactured to order may take up to 8 weeks before they will be dispatched. When you place your order/make your payment, you will be advised you of the anticipated delivery date, and we will keep you up-to-date on the progress of your order and on the day that your item has been dispatched.
Generally all orders will be delivered using postal services or s3 Systems’ own appointed delivery company, with the exception that when the installation/commissioning services of s3 Systems form part of your purchase when these goods may be delivered as outlined above or directly by s3 Systems’ own employees or agents.
